More genuine Google reviews for your dental practice, without asking your reception team to chase them.
After an appointment, your patient gets a short, friendly text from your practice asking for a Google review, with one gentle reminder. Real reviews from real patients, sent consistently, so the good work you do every day shows up when people search.

How it works
We set it up with you
A short call to agree the wording in your practice's voice and your Google review link. I do the setup; your team doesn't learn new software.
Add patients after appointments
Add patients in seconds from a simple dashboard, or upload a list. You can also send a one-off request to past patients.
Patients get a friendly text
One message with a one-tap link to your Google review page, and one gentle reminder if they haven't left one.
Reply STOP to opt out
What's included
- Review request texts after appointments, written in your practice's name
- One gentle reminder, then no more messages
- Review requests to past patients too
- A simple dashboard to add patients or upload a list
- STOP opt-outs handled automatically
- Setup done for you, and direct access to me
What we don't do
- Buy, write or filter reviews. Every patient gets the same request.
- Offer anything in return for a review
- Promise a number of reviews or a Google ranking
- Sell or share your patients' details
Google's rules don't allow practices to ask only happy patients or to reward reviews. Following them protects your profile.
First month free. No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime.
- Everything above, for one practice location
- Card details taken at sign-up; nothing is charged for the first month
Being upfront: this is a new service and I'm looking for my first founding practices. You'd get my full attention and a say in how it develops.
Free Google review snapshot
A one-page comparison of your practice's Google reviews with the practices around you: how many reviews each has, how recent they are, and the average rating. Free, no obligation, and you keep it.

Hi, I'm Julien
I run Camden Acquisition Hub, a small company focused on one thing: helping local practices earn the Google reviews their work deserves. Plenty of excellent practices have only a handful of reviews simply because nobody asks patients at the right moment. This fixes that, honestly.
You deal with me directly, not an account manager. The review texts run on Try Review Bloom, our own system, which also serves gyms and wellness businesses.
Questions
What exactly do you do?
After an appointment, your patient gets a short, friendly text from your practice asking for a Google review, with a one-tap link to your review page. If they don't leave one, they get one gentle reminder a few days later. That's it.
Do you filter out unhappy patients?
No. Every patient gets the same request. Google's rules don't allow practices to ask only happy patients, and honest reviews are more trusted anyway.
How much does it cost?
£97 a month. Your first month is free, there's no setup fee and no contract. Cancel anytime.
Can patients opt out?
Yes. Every text says how to opt out, and replying STOP stops all further messages straight away.
Does it connect to our practice software?
Not directly yet. You add patients in the dashboard in a few seconds, or upload a list. If your team would rather do it a particular way, tell me on the call and I'll be honest about what's possible.
Can you guarantee more reviews or a higher ranking?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Asking every patient consistently is the most reliable way to get more genuine reviews, but how many patients choose to leave one is up to them.
Which areas do you cover?
Dental practices in Camden Town, Kentish Town, Chalk Farm, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, Belsize Park, West Hampstead and Swiss Cottage (NW1, NW3, NW5 and NW6).
